Organic romaine with our handmade caesar dressing, packed full of aged parmigiana, fresh lemon, anchovies and great olive oil, with house-made croutons.

PANZANELLA (SUMMER ONLY)
Our gavourite Italian bread salad with heriloom tomatoes, peppers and cucumbers tossed in our olive oil and red wine vinaigrette.
BURRATA SALAD
Creamy burrata with seasonal fruit or tomatoes, finished with fantastic oil and fleur de sel.
GREEK SALAD (SUMMER ONLY)
With gorgeous local tomatoes, cucumber, peppers, Macedonian feta cheese, fresh herbs and olives. Tossed with our fresh lemon and olive oil vinaigrette.
