This Week at The Woodshed
This week we are making our favourite seafood lasagne, loaded with gorgeous West Coast seafood, our creamy bechamel, local greens and mozzarella. We have a lovely salad to start with local arugula, shaved fennel and crisp apple with our house made lemon vinaigrette.
We have had the most incredible citrus coming into the shop and kitchen from our favourite island growers this week; it is a very special time of year for us to enjoy this wonderful harvest! For dessert we are making lemon meringue pie with this fragrant and flavourful citrus.
