A decadent lasagna bursting with local seafood, creamy saffron bechamel and fresh herbs from our garden. Featuring Wild spring salmon, cod, halibut and hand peeled West Coast shrimp.

Made with gorgeous sorrel from our garden, tender leeks, Yukon gold potatoes and finished with a touch of organic cream.
This soup makes a lovely lunch or dinner with a crisp green salad and a nice Francis Bread loaf.

Our favourite Spring Caesar salad, made with kale from Haidee’s garden, toasted Francis breadcrumbs, shaved 36 month parmigiana and our delicious Caesar dressing.

Our family favourite; a classic lemon meringue pie made with the best ingredients- organic lemons, Redwing Farm eggs and our buttery pastry.
