This week’s menu
This salad is one of the most colorful salads. It has a variety of thinly sliced seasonal vegetables, marinated sesame rice noodles, and the most beautiful turmeric and coconut peanut butter sauce.
It is best when eaten at room temperature so the noodles and sauce can soften.
