Made with hook and line caught ling cod by our favourite fishing family, Dane, and Becky, with the Pacific Prowler.
This hearty soup is brimming with Moroccan spice, late-season fennel, and roasted tomatoes.

Tender organic chicken marinated and then braised in our Moroccan spiced tagine butter. Finished with currants, herbs, toasted almonds and served on couscous.
